Lifetime E-Mail Address

Through Google Aps, the Alumni Association offers alumni an opportunity to sign up for an e-mail account with the colostate.edu domain.

Your address will be [username]@alumni.colostate.edu
 

Creating your e-mail account is easy, just follow a few simple instructions.
If you already have an account, click here to log in or go to www.mail.alumni.colostate.edu.

*Lifetime e-mail addresses are currently available for recent graduates and faculty/staff alumni with active EIDs.  Lifetime e-mail addresses will be available for all other alumni in the coming months.

You must have a valid EID username and password.  
Contact Academic Computing and Networking Services (ACNS) if you don't know yours.

Attention graduating students:

Your [username]@rams.colostate.edu address will expire one year from graduation.  If you want to continue using the Google Apps service under the colostate.edu domain, you will need to manually transfer the information from your @rams.colostate.edu account to an @alumni.colostate.edu account.

Note: This offering is only available to graduates of Colorado State University. The @alumni account will include advertising from Google.

Instructions

Currently, google aps is only available for graduates of Colorado State University.  All users must have a valid EID and password in order to register for an @alumni.colostate.edu account.

1. Enter your EID information (e-name and password).  You must have a valid EID username and password.  Contact Academic Computing and Networking Services (ACNS) if you don't know yours.

2. Choose an account name (i.e., [username]@alumni.colostate.edu)

Please select a username carefully.  Once a name has been chosen, it can not be modified

3. Select a password and re-enter/confirm the password

Passwords are case sensitive and should contain letters and numbers

4. Click "register."  A registration confirmation/sign-in page should appear, which lists your account as well as a link to the main sign-in screen. 

5. Click on the sign-in link: http://mail.alumni.colostate.edu

CSU Google accounts must sign in via the link above.  Signing in to gmail with your CSU name and password will not work.

6. Log in using your account name and password

7. Select your preferred language

8. Enter the security word

9. Review Google's terms and conditions and either accept or cancel the terms
